Our parent company AMDOCS had a clientele that was predominately made up of companies in the Telecom industry. Comcast was one such client and they turned to us to provide their sales team with a white label Enterprise Tool to keep track of the sales proposals for all their prospective client providers.
Add features and modify functional capabilities of the white label tool to address Comcast's needs.
The white label product had technical constraints that kept us from accommodating Comcast's every need. Communication between the technical team and Comcast was paramount to success of this initiative. Several features were added for Comcast's version, which oftentimes required innovative thinking to execute the vision.
