Winner of the 2016 Gold Pencil Award for Consumer - Mobile / Utility, the Teladoc app simplified the painful paper work process that is all too familiar to those who have ever visited a doctor's office.
As the company grew through acquisitions that expanded medical services and offerings, updating the experience was necessary to allow Teladoc users access to the additional products they now had at their disposal.

Simplify and improve the experience of filling out forms when seeking a doctor visit.
Prior to this project's kick-off, our desktop users outnumbered the mobile web users approximately 7 to 1. Teladoc had just went through a re-brand which was already being implemented on all our marketing collateral as well as the new app.
It became paramount to create an experience the reflected that change and an experience that emulated the award-winning native app.
